CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF RQAM AND THE TEAM BEHIND BY THE BAY
2021 is a significant milestone for RQAM as it marks the company’s 20th anniversary. The RQAM team came together in December 2021 to virtually celebrate and congratulate our Long Service Award recipients.
RQAM extends our deepest appreciation to all Long Service Award recipients for their long-standing dedication and commitment.
We’d like to wish all award recipients a happy long service anniversary and many more years to come! Here are some highlights of their journeys with RQAM.
Mohamad Nasharudin Bin Rawi, Principal Technical Officer
“One of the fondest memories I had was being recognised by the management in 2020 and 2015 for the Excellence Award, which raised my morale. The management works hard and creates a culture where we feel valued for the work we do. There is a mutual trust and I feel a strong sense of belonging here. It’s like family.”

“This is a very engaging place to work. Since I joined RQAM 10 years ago, the company has taught me to be fearless in taking up opportunities and challenges. I’ve held four different roles. Starting as a Project Manager for Construction, my role has now evolved to a Project Manager for the By The Bay app. RQAM is a place I grew up with. I love our buildings, the environment and my lovely colleagues. it’s my second home.”

“I’ve learned a lot from my peers in the 10 years I’ve spent at RQAM. The jump from a telecommunications and finance background to real estate meant that everything was new to me, but their guidance has brought me to where I am today. The management recognises us in many ways, such as team building sessions and Dinner & Dance events. We also celebrate both small events and milestone achievements.”

"I can’t believe it’s already my 5th year at RQAM. The management’s commitment to ensuring our operations are first class makes the work environment a fulfilling one as everyone is pursuing a common goal. I fondly remember participating in a team building activity at Sentosa on my third day of work, as well as its role in helping my professional growth by expanding my role to Lead Safety Management Officer during the Covid-19 epidemic, and when Singapore experienced Dorscon Orange on the eve of Chinese New Year, we were already “resilience ready”. I am also grateful that my supervisor is both understanding and supportive of my personal pursuit of a Master’s Degree.”
